How long does it take to set the shop up?
With 4-6 People, less than 2 hours (always quicker the 2nd year)

What happens if I run out of merchandise?
You will receive re-order sheets with your paperwork. Fax your reorder to us by 3:00pm and we will redeliver the merchandise that night or early the next day.

What about broken items?
Please pack the broken items separately in a box marked “BROKEN”. Please Note: If someone has a broken item after the shop is closed, just give them our 1-800 number and we will send them a new item at NO CHARGE!

What is the difference between Santa Secret Shop and Holiday Gift Shop?
There is NO difference. The merchandise is exactly the same. Holiday Gift Shop is “Politically Correct”. This is a FUN thing to do, We don’t intend to offend anyone.

Do we have to use the Cash Register or Tablet?
No, the Cash Register & Tablet just makes for a quick checkout! They do not keep an inventory or an end of day for you, so you do not have to use them if you wish not to!
